IDX or MLS Listing Images:
Roberto Carlos Paredes PA shall have no responsibility for the images and content on the Roberto Carlos Paredes PA website and shall be released and held harmless regarding any issues arising from images that are beyond the control of Roberto Carlos Paredes PA. In the event of an issue with images or content placed on the Roberto Carlos Paredes PA website that appear as a result of MLS/IDX listings or through any third party, any legal matter regarding the IDX or MLS LISTING IMAGE should be addressed with the third party who uploaded such image or content to the IDX or MLS system.

As such, any person seeking legal compensation shall indemnify and hold harmless Roberto Carlos Paredes PA and its affiliates from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, charges, actions, proceedings, demands, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and expenses) that Roberto Carlos Paredes PA or its affiliates may incur as a result of or arising in any way from the use of IDX/MLS listings by Roberto Carlos Paredes PA.

Termination:
